About Our Opportunity
\We're looking for an individual to take on a role overseeing operational processes across customer onboarding and ongoing customer maintenance functions, with the aim of simplifying these processes for our customers.
\As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with our Financial Crime Compliance team to clarify policy guidance and streamline KYC processes. You'll also be responsible for leading ad hoc projects related to new processes or industry initiatives and taking ownership of risk management within your area of operation.
\Other key responsibilities include engaging in regular 'Stand-Ups' and team meetings, documenting accurate procedures for current processes, collaborating with Supervisors and Managers to facilitate cross-training within the team, managing interactions between Operations teams, identifying opportunities to improve risk mitigation, embracing change initiatives, and delivering agreed outcomes.
