About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Demi Chef to join our team at AccorHotel. As a Demi Chef, you will be responsible for consistently producing high-quality dishes that delight our guests.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and exceeds their expectations.
  • Working effectively within a fast-paced kitchen environment, adapting to special requests and maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Collaborating with the Executive Chef and kitchen team to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and hygiene standards.
  • Liaising with the kitchen team to manage special requests and delayed meals.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A can-do attitude and the ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Strong desire to achieve high results, driven by success.
  • Previous experience working within a fast-paced kitchen or banqueting environment.
  • Excellent technical knowledge with experience in a variety of cooking techniques and styles.
  • Understanding of workplace health and safety principles.
  • Food Safety Certificate is essential.
  • Flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts.
