Culinary Team Member

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Demi Chef to join our team at AccorHotel. As a Demi Chef, you will be responsible for consistently producing high-quality dishes that delight our guests.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and exceeds their expectations.
- Working effectively within a fast-paced kitchen environment, adapting to special requests and maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
- Collaborating with the Executive Chef and kitchen team to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous improvement.
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and hygiene standards.
- Liaising with the kitchen team to manage special requests and delayed meals.
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A can-do attitude and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Strong desire to achieve high results, driven by success.
- Previous experience working within a fast-paced kitchen or banqueting environment.
- Excellent technical knowledge with experience in a variety of cooking techniques and styles.
- Understanding of workplace health and safety principles.
- Food Safety Certificate is essential.
- Flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts.
