About the Role

This is a senior leadership position within our People, Culture & Safety (PCS) Team. As a permanent member of PCS, you will oversee the provision of operational and generalist HR services, including Payroll, Talent Acquisition, People Analytics, Employee & Industrial Relations, and Remuneration.

Key responsibilities include providing operational HR services and advice across the HR employee lifecycle, managing Executive Contracts and Remuneration, and ensuring service delivery excellence through governance and continuous improvement.

Requirements

We seek a seasoned Senior Manager or Head of People with broad HR experience from both white and blue collar environments. Key strengths include customer service orientation, influencing, partnering, and collaborating with peers and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate should be an impeccable people manager who can coach and develop leaders and individuals. A strong appreciation of People systems and processes, talent acquisition, and payroll is also essential.
