About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Director to lead our Credit Solutions business in Australia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service and developing innovative solutions to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Retention and Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to retain and grow existing client relationships, with a focus on delivering Aon United strategies.
  • Product Development: Contribute to the development and delivery of Aon Credit Solutions Products & Broking Strategy, including the creation of tailored client solutions around credit product lines.
  • Business Planning: Develop a comprehensive business plan for Aon's Credit Solutions business in Australia, ensuring alignment with global priorities and regional business objectives.
  • Partnerships and Collaboration: Collaborate with Aon colleagues and third-party partners to deliver client-centric solutions, build strategic external partnerships, and drive business growth.
  • Marketing and Communications: Design and deliver marketing activities linked to the regional business plan and global Solution Line messaging, to promote Aon's Credit Solutions offerings.
  • Leadership and Talent Development: Lead a high-performing team, focused on increasing engagement and driving a culture of continuous improvement, while managing talent and developing career paths.

  • Expertise in Credit Products: Proven expertise in credit products, including trade credit, surety, and structured credit, with a deep understanding of the latest industry trends and best practices.
  • Client Portfolio Management: Proven track record in managing and growing client portfolios, with a focus on delivering exceptional client value and driving business growth.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to build and manage high-performing teams, and drive business outcomes through effective partnerships and relationships.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze complex business problems, develop innovative solutions, and drive business growth through strategic decision-making.
