About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant to join our team at Experian Health. As a Senior Consultant, you will provide subject matter expertise to our clients across a broad range of areas, including comprehensive credit reporting, responsible lending, best practice bureau strategy across the credit lifecycle, credit modeling, and open banking.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with sales as a trusted adviser to key clients to drive their business strategies and help them meet their goals.
  • Help to build pipeline for customer analytics and retros, and work closely with the credit services analytics team to execute.
  • Provide subject matter expertise with a strong working knowledge of all Experian's products and services.
  • Work in tandem with Product Management to optimise existing solutions and to define and develop new capabilities and offerings.
  • Support solution design for clients by facilitating workshops, gathering and validating requirements.
  • Working closely with colleagues, drive client engagement through a variety of engagement including governance meetings, provision of insights, systems integration and analytical type exercises.
  • Build trust for the Experian credit services business through thought leadership and education, including the development of white papers and collateral.
  • Engage with regional and global consultants and credit services teams to bring insights and initiatives to the A/NZ business.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of credit risk, customer management, and collections fundamentals across financial services, telco, and utilities.
  • Fundamental understanding of credit bureau products and services across the credit lifecycle.
  • Experience designing and executing on solutions for credit risk, customer management, and collections across financial services, telcos, and/or utilities is essential.
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in financial services, bureau services, or a similar industry.
