Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist with The Health Club, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload, predominantly focusing on pediatric clients presenting with neurodiverse conditions such as autism, developmental delay, and ADHD. You will also have the opportunity to support a small caseload of adults presenting with psychosocial disabilities, including depression, anxiety, personality disorder, and schizophrenia.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Provide intervention services to clients across the lifespan, including pediatric and adult populations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and holistic support for clients.
- Empower individuals to achieve their goals, enhance their independence, and improve their overall quality of life.
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to professional standards and ethical guidelines.

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Current registration with AHPRA.

- Victorian Driver's License.
