About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Mental Health Clinician to join our Infant Child Youth Area Mental Health Wellbeing Service team at Albury Wodonga Health.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake a full range of clinical casework and other therapeutic interventions in collaboration with peers within AWH ICY-AMHWS.
  • Conduct formal assessments, individual and family system work, and provide a range of child, youth and family therapeutic interventions.
  • Work as a health professional within a multidisciplinary team providing mental health services to the community.
Requirements
  • Unencumbered registration with APHRA for Nursing, Occupational Therapist, Endorsement as a Clinical Psychologist Registrar or eligibility and willingness to enter into a PBA Registrar Program.
  • Eligibility for membership with AASW for Social Work.
  • Nurses will hold a post graduate qualification in Mental health Nursing.
  • Minimum 2 years clinical experience.
  • Knowledge of recovery models and trauma informed practice.
  • Knowledge of Brief Intervention Models, Eating Disorder treatment and Single Session work would be a distinct advantage.
