Customer Service Opportunity

Helping clients improve their hearing and quality of life is at the heart of this role.

This part-time position in our clinic team contributes to the success of our business by providing exceptional customer service. As a passionate and empathetic individual, you will work closely with clinicians and hearing technicians to deliver quality hearing healthcare outcomes for all our clients.

You will learn about our products, services, and government funding programs, using this knowledge to apply tailored client-specific sales strategies and ensure they receive the best possible solutions.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous sales and customer service experience in retail, hearing care services, pharmacy, or allied health environments
  • Experience working with an older demographic (a plus)
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and empathy for clients to support their hearing journey
  • A Higher School Certificate (HSC) or TAFE Qualification
