Our front office team is the face of our business, and we're looking for a professional with exceptional customer service skills to join us as a Receptionist.

This role involves providing high-quality guest experiences, processing check-ins and outs efficiently, and ensuring seamless communication between teams.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a front office role within the hospitality industry, with a passion for delivering excellent results. They'll be proficient in computer skills, including knowledge of RMS or comparable systems.

We're seeking someone who is enthusiastic, positive, and has excellent interpersonal skills. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about creating unforgettable memories for our guests, we'd love to hear from you

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to our guests
  • Process guest transactions efficiently and accurately
  • Manage bookings and accounts using our park booking system
  • Collaborate with Housekeeping to track accommodation readiness
  • Provide guests with information about our park and local attractions
  • Complete daily office administration tasks
  • Maintain strong relationships with park teams, residents, and guests
What We Require

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous front office experience within the hospitality industry
  • A PASSION FOR DELIVERING EXCELLENT GUEST EXPERIENCES
  • Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of RMS or comparable Reservation Booking Systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Enthusiastic and positive attitude
  • Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and evenings as needed
  • Current driver's license essential
