
Customer Service Professional

This is a pivotal role in each clinic contributing to clinic performance and enhancing customers' experience. We are looking for a compassionate, process-oriented, and purpose-driven individual whose outstanding organisational and customer service skills will help more people get access to better hearing.
Clinic co-ordinators will collaborate with clinicians and hearing technicians to provide quality hearing healthcare outcomes for all clients. They will learn about products, services, competitive advantages, and government funding programs. With this knowledge, skills, and tools, they will apply tailored client-specific sales strategies to ensure clients receive the best possible solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to improve the overall client experience
- Collaborate with clinicians and hearing technicians to deliver quality hearing healthcare outcomes
- Liaise with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Upsell and cross-sell products and services to increase revenue and enhance client satisfaction
- Previous sales and customer service experience in retail, hearing care services, pharmacy, or allied health environments
- Experience working with an older demographic (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and empathy for clients to support their hearing journey
- Higher School Certificate (HSC) or TAFE Qualification
- A permanent part-time role with flexible hours (9 days fortnight: Mon-Fri & Mon-Thu)
