Join a passionate and collaborative team in a key recruitment role where you'll drive strategic TA initiatives.

As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process across a diverse range of roles. This includes partnering with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand workforce needs, develop sourcing strategies, and attract high-quality candidates.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading full-cycle recruitment: advertising, screening, interviewing, compliance, and onboarding
  • Developing and executing proactive sourcing strategies
  • Providing expert advice on recruitment best practices to hiring managers
  • Building strong internal relationships and contributing to a positive team culture
  • Enhancing the candidate experience and promoting employer brand

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Proven experience in internal or agency recruitment, ideally with exposure to permanent and high-volume hiring
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and vendor management skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, particularly in onboarding and scheduling
  • A proactive and creative approach to sourcing talent beyond traditional job boards
  • Experience using HRIS systems (preferred)
  • Solid understanding of recruitment compliance and employment legislation
