**Job Title:** Talent Acquisition Advisor

About the Role

This is a key position in our organisation, responsible for developing and executing talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire top talent.

  • We are seeking a proactive and hands-on professional who will work collaboratively with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand talent needs and build candidate pipelines.
  • The successful candidate will be accountable for conducting end-to-end recruitment practices, including advertising, screening, interviewing, compliance, and onboarding.
  • You will also develop strategic talent strategies and recruitment plans with a focus on proactive talent sourcing methods.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct end-to-end recruitment practices, including advertising, screening, interviewing, compliance, and onboarding.
  2. Develop strategic talent strategies and recruitment plans with a focus on proactive talent sourcing methods.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers across the organisation.
  4. Collaborate with a fun and supportive team who celebrate each other's success.
Requirements
  • Experience in internal recruitment or agency, preferably with exposure to permanent placements.
  • Comfortable managing high-volume recruitment.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, confident engaging with hiring managers and external vendors.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, particularly in onboarding and calendar coordination.
  • Experience in proactive and creative sourcing approaches, with the ability to find top talent beyond job boards.
  • Experience using a HRIS system is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment compliance, process, procedure, and employment legislation.
