Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our team. The Talent Sourcing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire top performers.
This role will collaborate with hiring managers, HR business partners, and other stakeholders to understand talent needs, build candidate pipelines, and enhance the overall recruitment process.
Leveraging various sourcing methods to identify and engage with potential candidates, this role will play a critical part in promoting a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct end-to-end recruitment practices including advertising, screening, interviewing, compliance and onboarding.
- Build strategic talent strategies and recruitment plans with a focus on proactive talent sourcing methods.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers across the organisation, providing subject matter expertise on contemporary recruitment and selection practices.
- Experience in internal recruitment or external agency environments, ideally with exposure to permanent placements. Comfortable managing high-volume recruitment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, confident engaging with hiring managers and external vendors.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, particularly in onboarding and calendar coordination.
- Experience in proactive and creative sourcing approaches, with the ability to find top talent beyond job boards.
