Job Summary

In this role, you will lead our clients in implementing MYOB Advanced cloud ERP in their mid-sized manufacturing businesses, utilizing your strong accounting and manufacturing systems knowledge.

  • Project Leadership – Lead project discovery sessions and deliver project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget project execution.
  • Process Mapping and Workflow Design – Develop and implement efficient processes and workflows to optimize business operations.
  • Project Management – Manage project deadlines, risks, and budget, ensuring seamless project delivery.
  • System Configuration and Data Migration – Configure and migrate data to ensure a smooth transition to the new ERP system.
  • Form and Report Customization – Design and implement customized forms and reports to meet clients' specific needs.
  • End User Training – Provide comprehensive training to clients on client-specific workflows, ensuring a seamless transition to the new system.
  • Post-Go-Live Support – Serve as an escalation point for post-go-live support, addressing any issues or concerns within the first 30 days.
  • Reporting and Dashboard Development – Develop and update reports and dashboards based on live client data, ensuring informed business decisions.
  • Client Handover – Provide a comprehensive handover of the client to our support and success teams, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Whole-of-Business Systems Exposure – Provide clients with exposure to whole-of-business systems, enabling them to make informed decisions.
