We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as an Associate - Community Fundraising & Content Coordinator. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a leading organisation tackling poverty and building a better future for all.

This role involves developing and delivering engaging fundraising content, social media strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to support and fundraise for various initiatives. The successful candidate will have a deep commitment to the organization's mission to end poverty and injustice, as well as a dedication to Catholic Social Teaching.

The ideal candidate will possess relevant tertiary qualifications in Fundraising, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience. Strong written communication skills, excellent interpersonal, organisational, and time management skills are essential for this role.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and deliver compelling fundraising content and social media strategies to boost visibility and inspire action.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support and fundraise for Project Compassion, emergency appeals, and other initiatives.
  • Source and share authentic stories from the field that highlight the impact of donor support.
  • Monitor content performance and use insights to continually optimise campaign strategies and supporter engagement.
