Senior Account Strategist

Job Overview:

A highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Strategist is required to support the development of key client relationships, drive business growth, and optimize account performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong, strategic relationships with senior-level clients to drive revenue growth, loyalty, and profitability.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and creative, to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities and negotiate contracts to ensure continued revenue growth and profitability.
  • Collaborate with account managers to provide exceptional customer service, ensure seamless execution of client projects, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions and optimize account performance.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in account management, preferably in a senior role, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions that drive business results.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in the advertising or marketing industry, with a deep understanding of the latest industry trends and best practices.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis tools, with the ability to leverage technology to drive business outcomes.
  • BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, with a strong academic record and relevant coursework.
