About the Role:- Troubleshoot PC related issues via phone, onsite, and using administration tools to ensure seamless technical support for clients.
- Manage incident tickets efficiently to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
- Collaborate with specialist teams to provide recommendations on hardware replacements, software updates, and technical solutions to drive business growth.
- Deliver clear and concise reporting of technical errors or escalations to management.
