Financial Services Regulatory Expert

The role of Financial Services Regulatory Expert involves working closely with a leading financial services team. The team is headed by two partners and includes lawyers ranging from graduate to special counsel level.

The financial services team work across a range of areas including licensing obligations, product design and distribution, anti-money laundering and consumer protection obligations, advice on regulatory breaches relating to APRA and ASIC, and advice on the Financial Accountability Regime.

To be successful in this role, you will have two to five years' experience in financial services (or experience in a transferable area).
