Job Opportunity: Senior Business Analyst, Sourcing

We are seeking a highly analytical Senior Business Analyst to bring visibility to costing and tariff analytics, commodity trends, and vendor performance across all banners.

In this high-impact role, you will partner directly with Sourcing leadership to deliver insights that fuel smarter decision-making, strengthen vendor relationships, and unlock new opportunities for value creation.

Key responsibilities include owning and managing pricing grids, building advanced SQL queries and data pipelines, collaborating with stakeholders, presenting compelling insights, identifying opportunities for process improvement, and supporting critical operational and financial reporting needs.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 3+ years of experience in statistical and data analysis, with a track record of driving insights and business value.
  • Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
  • Hands-on experience with Alteryx.
  • Advanced Excel skills with the ability to create clear, effective reports.
  • Exceptional communication skills—able to translate analysis into actionable insights for all audiences.
