Senior Data Insights Specialist

As a seasoned data insights specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through data-driven decision making. You will be responsible for leading projects, analyzing complex data sets, and communicating findings to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead analytics projects, designing and implementing data visualization solutions to support business objectives.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Develop and maintain advanced data models, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, determine appropriate analytical solutions, and implement effective data governance practices.
  • Design and deliver reports, presentations, and dashboards that effectively communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Required skills include a strong background in data analysis, Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. Strong written, verbal communication, project management, and presentation skills are highly preferred. A bachelor's degree in a quantitative field is required, along with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies is essential.
