Job Overview

This role involves building strategic relationships across the organization to stay informed about priorities and identify relevant research needs. The selected candidate will translate these needs into actionable research projects, recommend, design, and execute a wide range of qualitative and quantitative research initiatives.

  • Translate business objectives into research requirements and develop strategies for project execution.
  • Manage a team of market research professionals, guiding them on all facets of a project intake to approach recommendation through execution and insights delivery.
  • Connect the dots across multiple study findings to drive out a comprehensive perspective on where improvement opportunities lie.
  • Advise leadership and employees about clients' current perceptions and gaps in experiences.
  • Proactively recommend new and innovative ways to enhance reporting of research results & insights.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement research strategies that align with the organization's strategic priorities.
  • Design and execute research studies that provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Manage a team of market research professionals to deliver high-quality research projects.
  • Communicate complex research findings to senior leaders and other stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest market research trends and approaches.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Science, Economics, Social Sciences or related field.
  • 12+ years of Market Research experience or similar role related to the specific responsibilities of this position.
  • Deep hands-on expertise of quantitative and qualitative research methods.
  • Highly fluent and up-to-date with the latest market research trends and approaches.
  • Able to interpret complex data from multiple sources and cohesively organize and present information in support of findings.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Goal-oriented self-starter with an intellectually curious mindset and strong ability to think outside the box and innovate.
