Job Opportunity: Data Insights Analyst

The CX Measurement & Insights team is responsible for overseeing quantitative and qualitative marketing research across the enterprise. This includes research design, execution, analysis, synthesis of actionable insights, and presentation creation.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced market research professional with a proven background in delivering qualitative and quantitative primary market research and competitive intelligence for Consumer and B2B segments. The ideal candidate will serve as a strategic partner for business units, understanding priorities and uncovering opportunities where research can inform strategies and improve experiences, ultimately driving better performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate strong active listening and probative skills to understand business needs and translate them into detailed documentation of optimal analysis strategy
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data from multiple sources – clients, prospects, employees, and operational data – to build a summary of improvement opportunities for the organization
  • Conduct statistical analyses to ground insights generated in sound reasoning
  • Utilize research methodology expertise to design and deploy effective research approaches to collect desired insights
  • Act as a player coach in managing junior analysts, guiding them on all aspects of analysis
  • Distill research findings into actionable insights and present them in compelling PowerPoint presentations
  • Maintain vendor relationships, ensuring they provide meaningful insights in a timely fashion
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
  • 6+ years of relevant work experience running data analysis using SAS, Python, R, SPSS, or advanced Excel capabilities
  • Strong working knowledge of statistical techniques (numerous regression and other advanced multivariate analyses)
  • Proficient in Excel (multi-layer formulas) and PowerPoint
Benefits:

This role offers eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation based on individual and company performance.
