Job Title: Database Administrator

As a dedicated data strategist, you will have the opportunity to combine technical expertise with business acumen. You will be responsible for optimizing database performance and guiding data architecture, ensuring scalability and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement efficient database solutions to improve performance and reliability
  • Manage database security, auditing, and compliance with industry regulations
  • Modernize legacy databases and improve data integration capabilities
  • Partner with development teams to design and optimize database structures
  • Architect scalable data solutions including Data Lakes and Warehouses
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in database administration and management
  • Proven ability in database design, query optimization, and performance tuning
  • Hands-on expertise with AWS RDS and cloud-based database services
  • Strong knowledge of database security, backups, and encryption frameworks
Desirable Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
  • Background in financial services or other regulated industries
  • Familiarity with Redshift, Snowflake, or Databricks
  • Experience with containerization using Docker or Kubernetes
  • AWS or SQL Server certifications
