The Role: Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance for all property management and sales staff.
  • Regular wellbeing check-ins with staff to promote a positive work environment.
  • Develop and improve policies, procedures, and systems to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and maintain compliance with relevant legislation, agency agreements, and continuing professional development (CPD) requirements.
  • Conduct one-on-one meetings with staff as necessary to address concerns or provide feedback.
  • Handle HR-related matters, including onboarding and training new employees.
  • Oversee recruitment processes to identify top talent for our team.
  • Liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
  • Organize and manage projects and social events to foster a positive company culture.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an operations/office management role within the real estate industry.
  • Extensive administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with colleagues and clients.
  • Punctuality, high level of organization, and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and strive for excellence in all aspects of job performance.
  • High level of customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.

Salary: We offer a competitive salary range of AU$80,000 - AU$110,000 per annum, depending on experience, to attract top talent in the industry.
