The Role:

As the Fund Analyst, you will play a vital part in supporting real estate investment management activities. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting in-depth research and analysis of potential real estate investment opportunities.
  • Maintaining property and fund level models to optimize portfolio performance.
  • Collaborating with the investment team to assess and develop strategic investment recommendations.
  • Preparing and presenting reports, financial models, and investment memos to senior management and investors.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in real estate investment analysis or related fields like asset management, private equity, or investment banking.
  • Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in analyzing complex financial data.
  • In-depth knowledge of real estate markets and investment principles, particularly in the Sydney and Asia-Pacific regions.
  • Excellent communication skills to present complex concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, handling multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
