Experience Manager

 

At our company, we're looking for an exceptional leader to join our team. As an Experience Manager, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on our customers' lives.

With a strong background in retail and a passion for beauty, you'll be responsible for leading your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You'll motivate your team to create unique experiences for our customers, making them feel welcome, inspired, and ready to glow.

As a seasoned leader, you'll have at least 5 years of similar experience and a proven track record of meeting budget requirements.

We're looking for someone with exceptional retail experience, particularly in beauty, and in a large, fast-paced retail environment.

  • Exceptional leadership skills to inspire and motivate your team
  • Strong communication skills to form genuine connections with customers and team members
  • Commercially minded and able to meet budget requirements
  • Sales and metric focussed
  • Ability to work within EBA & GRIA frameworks
