Customer Experience Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced customer experience leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service professionals who will create exceptional experiences for our customers.

You will motivate your team to provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that every interaction is welcoming, inspiring, and memorable. With your passion for beauty and wellbeing, you will guide your team in using their knowledge and skills to help our customers achieve their goals.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar leadership role
  • Exceptional retail experience, particularly in beauty, with a focus on customer service
  • A genuine passion for cosmetics, skincare, fragrance, and beauty
  • Great communication skills to form genuine connections with customers and team members
  • Sales and metric-focused
  • Experience with rostering and working within employee framework agreements
