Our mission is to provide accessible and affordable beauty and wellbeing products and services for all Australians.
We believe that everyone deserves to glow, inside and out.
Starting with our first store, we're set to expand with many more locations as we transform the beauty experience.
About The Role
You will lead from the front, motivating your team to create exceptional customer experiences.
You will guide them in using their knowledge and skills to help customers achieve their beauty goals.
What We're Looking For
A seasoned leader with at least 5 years of similar experience.
Someone with excellent retail experience, particularly in beauty, who loves inspiring teams that deliver outstanding customer service.
A genuine passion for cosmetics, skincare, fragrance and beauty.
Strong communication skills, commercially savvy and proven experience in meeting sales targets.
Sales and metric driven, with experience in rostering & working within frameworks.
