Beauty Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals and providing exceptional customer service.

About the Opportunity

You will lead from the front, guiding your team to create unique experiences that make our customers feel amazing.

  • Liaise with staff to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Maintain high standards of store presentation and visual merchandising
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge
  • Foster strong relationships with customers and build loyalty through excellent customer service
Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled leader who possesses:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, particularly in beauty and large environments
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • A genuine passion for cosmetics, skincare, fragrance and beauty
  • Commercial acumen and experience in meeting business requirements
  • Sales and metric focus, with ability to analyze data and drive results
