We are seeking a Workforce Manager to lead strategic workforce planning, ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time to deliver consistent, person-centered care.

Main Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing a long-term workforce supply plan to support future growth and development.
  • Overseeing forward rostering practices to maximize workforce efficiency and reduce travel time.
  • Collaborating with sales and service delivery teams to forecast workforce demand and ensure readiness for new clients.
  • Monitoring key workforce performance metrics and using data to inform decision-making and drive improvement.
  • Leading initiatives to enhance service delivery and align with our broader strategy and goals.
  • Embedding workplace health and safety best practices and fostering a safe, inclusive, and respectful work environment.
  • Coaching, developing, and resourcing your team to deliver exceptional work and support their career growth and development.
  • Partnering with senior stakeholders to translate strategic goals into tactical plans and drive results.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes to maintain our position as a leader in the sector.

What You'll Need

  • A bachelor's degree in business or a related field – or equivalent experience and qualifications.
  • At least 6 years' experience in workforce planning, with strong leadership and strategic skills.
  • A solid background in managing large, dynamic workforces – ideally in community or aged care.
  • Demonstrated experience in rostering/scheduling and improving workforce efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Able to lead through influence and build effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • A strong understanding of our sector and its challenges and opportunities.
