Workforce Strategy Leader

You'll lead strategic workforce planning, ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time – so that every client receives consistent, person-centred care.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a long-term workforce supply plan to support future growth and expansion.
  • Oversight of forward rostering practices to maximise workforce efficiency and reduce travel time.
  • Collaboration with sales and service delivery teams to forecast workforce demand and ensure readiness for new clients.
  • Maintenance of key workforce performance metrics and use of data to inform decision-making.
  • Leadership of initiatives to continuously improve service delivery and align with our broader strategy.
  • Embedment of WHS best practices and fostering of a safe, inclusive and respectful working environment.
  • Cultivation of team members to deliver exceptional work and grow in their roles.
  • Partnership with senior stakeholders to translate strategic goals into tactical plans.
  • Stay on top of industry trends and regulatory changes to keep us ahead of the curve.
Your Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in business or a related field – or equivalent experience.
  • At least 6 years' experience in workforce planning, with strong leadership and strategic skills.
  • A solid background in managing large, dynamic workforces – ideally in community or aged care settings.
  • Demonstrated expertise in rostering/scheduling and improving workforce efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A knack for bringing people together and leading through influence.
  • A strong understanding of the Home and Community Care environment.
