Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Workforce Development Manager to lead our workforce planning and drive initiatives that improve the employee value proposition.
You will mentor Centre Directors, develop strategies for career growth and succession planning, and strengthen child-safe recruitment and onboarding processes.
This is a unique opportunity to share your expertise and make a lasting impact in our early education centres.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement workforce plans to support centre growth and development
- Mentor Centre Directors to enhance their leadership skills
- Drive initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention
- Strengthen child-safe recruitment and onboarding processes
- Support the development of our Early Education Strategy
Requirements
- A degree in Early Education and/or Management/Business
- Experience in workforce planning and leadership roles
- Deep knowledge of the National Quality Framework and relevant legislation
- Strong communication, organisational and analytical skills
- A collaborative spirit and a passion for empowering others
