We're seeking dedicated individuals to join our dynamic team in delivering Positive Behaviour Support. As part of this role, you'll gain hands-on experience and training to become a qualified Behaviour Support Practitioner.
About Our Team

Your Key Responsibilities
- You'll attend regular supervisions and training sessions to develop your skills and knowledge.
- Conduct behaviour assessments and create individualised behaviour support plans for clients with disabilities.
- Collaborate with a transdisciplinary team of therapists to implement strategies and programs that achieve positive outcomes for clients.
- Provide behaviour support services to adults and children with disabilities and/or Autism through in-clinic and home visits.
About You
To be considered for this role, you should be passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of people living with disabilities. A strong desire to learn and grow in a supportive environment where your contribution is valued is essential.
Essential Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Psychology, Special Education, or a related allied health field.
- A current NDIS Screener Check, National Police Check, and Working with Children Check (or willingness to complete these).
- Current Class C NSW driver's licence or equivalent (with the ability to use a vehicle for work purposes).
- High-level written and oral communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
