The Role

You will be part of a showroom team in Cooma, supporting builders, interior designers and homeowners as they navigate their renovation journey to create their dream bathroom.

Your Day-to-Day
  • Assisting customers choose the perfect bathroom products
  • Creating and managing customer quotes and orders via email and phone
  • Utilizing our 3D Planner to bring a customer's dream to life
  • Visiting customers onsite to provide updates and maintain great relationships
  • Maintaining a clean and safe showroom environment
We're Looking for Someone Who:
  • Has previous experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoys building relationships and helping customers
  • Is eager to learn and grow with our company
  • Comfortable using computers and willing to learn new systems
  • Able to work various shifts, including weekends
  • Committed to developing their career - whether locally, within our network or head office
