We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our showroom team in Cooma. As part of this dynamic team, you will play a key role in supporting builders, interior designers, and homeowners as they navigate their renovation journey to create their dream bathroom.
About the Role:- Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers selecting bathroom products
- Assist with creating and managing customer quotes and orders via email and phone
- Utilize 3D Planner technology to bring customers' visions to life
- Cultivate strong relationships with customers through regular site visits and updates
- Maintain a safe and efficient work environment in the showroom
- Prior experience in retail sales or customer-facing roles
- Strong ability to build rapport with customers and deliver excellent service
- Proficiency with computer systems and willingness to learn new technologies
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends
