About The Role

In this dynamic and rewarding position, you will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting the perfect bathroom products, managing customer quotes and orders via email and phone, and utilizing our 3D Planner to bring customers' visions to life.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers in choosing bathroom products that meet their needs and preferences.
  • Effectively manage customer communication and correspondence, ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of customer orders and deliveries.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular site visits and updates.
  • Maintain showroom operations in accordance with company standards, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for customers and colleagues alike.

  • Has prior experience in retail sales or customer service and possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Is energetic, takes initiative, and is eager to learn and grow within the organization.
  • Has basic computer skills and is willing to develop proficiency in new systems and technologies.
  • Is flexible and available to work various shifts, including weekends.
