About Your Role

You will be part of our Showroom team in Cooma, supporting builders, interior designers, and homeowners as they navigate their renovation journey to design their dream bathroom.

Your Daily Responsibilities
  • Assist customers in selecting the perfect bathroom products
  • Create and manage customer quotes and orders via email and phone
  • Utilize our 3D Planner to bring customers' dreams to life
  • Visit customers onsite to provide updates and maintain strong relationships
  • Ensure the showroom runs smoothly and safely
What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service with a passion for building relationships and helping others
  • A willingness to learn and grow, even without prior experience in bathrooms
  • Comfort with technology and eagerness to learn new systems
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends
  • Ambition to develop your career within our network or head office
