About The Role

  • We deliver training workshops for clients, leveraging evidence-based content to ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Our team collaborates with clients and account managers to scope and deliver workplace wellbeing and learning projects tailored to client needs.
  • Partnerships with customer success and account managers help promote programs, ensuring delivery of best-practice content and high-quality feedback from clients.
  • We conduct psychosocial risk assessments and culture reviews to gain insights into organisational culture and wellbeing, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Psychometric tools are administered to assist in understanding team dynamics and individual capabilities.
  • Clients receive individual and group coaching and supervision to support personal and professional growth.
  • Specialist peer support programs are implemented within client organisations.
  • Program outcomes, training evaluations, and client feedback are compiled and delivered in detailed reports, ensuring continuous quality improvement.

About You

  • Experience in mental health or psychological health and wellbeing sectors is essential, with a background in organisational psychology or a similar field.
  • Registration as a fully qualified Psychologist or Social Worker with the relevant authority is preferred, and you may also hold qualifications in Workplace Training and Assessment and/or Coaching Accreditation (desirable but not essential).
  • A strong consulting background is required, with experience in external consulting and working closely with clients to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Developing and designing evidence-based training content that caters to diverse learning styles and audiences is crucial.
  • Excellent public speaking skills and confidence in group facilitation are necessary to effectively engage with diverse audiences and create impactful learning experiences.
  • Evaluating training courses and programs using feedback and data to ensure high-quality outcomes and continuous improvement is vital.
  • Knowledge of contemporary training techniques and a passion for delivering best-in-class learning solutions are highly desirable.
