Job Title: Performance Enhancement Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to fill the position of Performance Enhancement Specialist

The ideal candidate will have relevant business or project-related qualifications and/or demonstrated experience in service planning, strategic analysis, project management, or performance improvement within a complex organisation.

About the Role
  • Support systems thinking, performance measurement, and process enhancement across teams, departments, and directorates;
  • Contribute to the delivery of organisational excellence by ensuring alignment with strategic priorities to improve service delivery, reduce costs, and/or increase revenue;
  • Collaborate with consultants engaged for technical deep dives, ensuring quality and delivery of meaningful insights and tangible outcomes that support organisational objectives;
  • Monitor and draft reports on financial and non-financial benefit realisation;
  • Oversee reporting on financial and non-financial benefit realisation.
