Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated IT Infrastructure Support Specialist to join our team. As an IT Infrastructure Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and infrastructure.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide technical assistance and support to employees and clients, resolving issues with hardware and software applications. You will also be responsible for maintaining our key client computer systems, troubleshooting Windows 10 and Office 365 issues, and ensuring optimal performance across all IT systems.

In this role, you will work closely with our L2 support team to escalate complex issues and maintain the job ticket system. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills in areas such as Windows Server configuration, Active Directory, virtualization, and network support.

As an IT Infrastructure Support Specialist, you will be expected to take initiative to diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner, using customer service skills and technical expertise to deliver assistance to colleagues and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain key client computer systems, including hardware and software applications
  • Troubleshoot Windows 10 and Office 365 issues
  • Ensure optimal performance across all IT systems
  • Provide technical assistance and support to employees and clients
  • Log bugs and enhancement requests
  • Resolve IT support issues via phone, in person, and electronically
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of IT systems and infrastructure
  • Excellent technical skills, including Windows Server configuration and Active Directory
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
