Remote IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and efficient Remote IT Support Specialist to join our team.

  • You will provide technical assistance to diverse environments, ensuring prompt resolutions to client issues.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver remote service desk support to users in various settings
  2. Evaluate and escalate complex issues to experienced experts for resolution
  3. Utilize automation tools and AI technologies to enhance client support experiences
  4. Pursue occasional onsite opportunities for solution deployment and collaboration
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated expertise in end-user support and Active Directory management
  • In-depth knowledge of Windows Server, Azure, and Exchange administration
  • Familiarity with technical infrastructure, including LAN and WAN networking
  • Understanding of ticketing systems and customer service best practices
