About the Role

As a Senior Consultant or Consultant, you will be responsible for driving business growth by developing well-formulated solutions for clients, conducting thorough research, and presenting findings through high-quality proposals and presentations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of core business processes and products in the banking industry, with experience in risk and compliance business areas being an advantage. Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic solutions for clients by analyzing their needs and requirements.
  • Conduct research and data collection through interviews and workshops to inform business decisions.
  • Presentation of findings and recommendations to clients through business proposals and presentation decks.
  • Documentation of project outcomes into systems and processes for management review.
  • Maintenance of close interaction with clients through regular project updates and networking.
About You
  • You should have 3-6 years of experience in the banking, technology and/or consulting industry.
  • A good understanding of core business processes and products in the banking industry is required.
  • Experience in risk and compliance business areas is an advantage.
  • AU Wealth Management experience is also preferred.
  • You should possess excellent spoken and written English skills.
  • You should be highly analytical and structured in problem solving, able to quickly understand complex situations.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills are essential.
