We are seeking a seasoned banking professional to join our Australian Corporate Banking team in Sydney or Melbourne.

This role offers an opportunity to manage and grow key corporate client relationships, driving strategic dialogue, delivering comprehensive banking solutions, and contributing to business success.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of corporate finance, transaction banking, and capital markets products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of key corporate clients.
  • Manage and deepen long-term relationships with senior management executives.
  • Achieve financial objectives by leveraging a full spectrum of banking products and services.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell banking solutions across various sectors.
  • Lead the origination, structuring, and execution of complex transactions and financings.
  • Identify and pursue new client relationships where the bank is uniquely positioned to meet their needs.
  • Manage credit exposure and associated risks within the client portfolio.
  • Ensure compliance with industry risk frameworks and regulatory requirements.
