The Senior Banking Solutions Architect

This role leads the development and delivery of innovative solutions that drive client confidence and business growth, aligning with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and strategic objectives.

The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in banking, strong leadership capabilities, best practices in sales engagement, and a keen understanding of emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor teams designing fit-for-purpose banking solutions.
  • Develop and position banking solutions addressing client needs, resolving business challenges, delivering value, and aligning with market trends.
  • Create compelling value propositions highlighting return on investment (ROI) and competitive differentiation.
  • Drive deal success through impactful solution demonstrations, proof of concepts (PoCs), and client engagements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, services, product, and executive teams to ensure seamless solution alignment and execution.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Banking, Finance, Technology, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in banking or financial technology, with strong background in business solutions and consulting.
  • Expertise in core banking domains such as lending, deposits, payments, and wealth management.
  • Proven leadership in managing teams, fostering collaboration, and balancing priorities.
  • Strong ability to craft and articulate compelling value propositions.
  • Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their impact on financial services.
