Job Description

The Senior Banking Solutions Consultant is a high-level position that oversees the end-to-end delivery of technology solutions to modernize customer experiences in the banking sector.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Drive strategic growth by identifying breakthrough opportunities and partnering with clients to unlock new value streams.
  • Lead enterprise transformation initiatives to modernize customer experiences, manage risks, and drive revenue growth, renewals, and consulting bookings.
  • Build trusted relationships with banking executives and stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into clear business value.
  • Design effective delivery strategies to maximize ROI and ensure clients leverage Pega's capabilities across their digital ecosystem.
  • Accelerate time-to-value by pioneering new methodologies, including blueprint, estimator app, constellation, and emerging platform capabilities.
  • Enable seamless collaboration across multidisciplinary teams to achieve shared objectives.

This role requires a proven track record in consulting sales and delivery leadership within enterprise environments, as well as expertise in enterprise software delivery and client relationship management.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in enterprise software delivery and client relationship management.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain C-level relationships in complex organizations.
  • Strong grasp of business strategy, digital transformation, and the evolving banking landscape.
  • Excellent communication skills to influence and impact clients and partners.
