About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Receptionist to join our team at Manly Beach. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for welcoming clients and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries as needed.
- Coordinate client appointments and maintain meeting room schedules.
- Assist with social media management and digital marketing initiatives.
- Provide general administrative support, including document preparation and filing.
- Maintain a clean and organized front office and reception area.
About You:
- A positive and customer-focused attitude with excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Tech-savvy, with experience using social media platforms for business purposes.
- An interest in digital marketing and content creation.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
