About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Receptionist to join our team at Manly Beach. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for welcoming clients and providing excellent customer service.

  • Greet and welcome clients, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Manage incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries as needed.
  • Coordinate client appointments and maintain meeting room schedules.
  • Assist with social media management and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Provide general administrative support, including document preparation and filing.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front office and reception area.

About You:

  • Tech-savvy, with experience using social media platforms for business purposes.
  • An interest in digital marketing and content creation.
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is an advantage.
