We are seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to join our team at Goodstart Wynnum, Wondall Rd. As an Administration Assistant, you will play a key role in providing administrative support to our Centre Director and centre team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to families, responding to enquiries in a friendly and professional manner
- Support the Centre Director to build the centre's attendance pipeline
- Perform key business administration tasks, including data entry and record-keeping
- Build and maintain strong relationships with families and staff members
About You:
- You have experience in administration or a related field
- You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- You are able to work independently and as part of a team
