We are seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to join our team at Goodstart Wynnum, Wondall Rd. As an Administration Assistant, you will play a key role in providing administrative support to our Centre Director and centre team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to families, responding to enquiries in a friendly and professional manner
  • Support the Centre Director to build the centre's attendance pipeline
  • Perform key business administration tasks, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with families and staff members

About You:

  • You have experience in administration or a related field
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • You are able to work independently and as part of a team
