About Us:

GenusPlus Group is an end-to-end service provider for essential power and telecommunications infrastructure. Our company provides integrated services through four key complementary businesses to clients in Australia's resources, power, utilities, and telecommunications sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily team operations, ensuring compliance with key contractual SLA measures.
  • Develop project forecasting requirements and lead the procurement process.
  • Run/attend client and supplier meetings to obtain project deliverables.
  • Assist in tender/bid development and award.
  • Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams of project-related internal teams, contractors & suppliers.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing challenges.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role (within the Construction or Telecommunications Network).
  • Demonstrated experience in managing high-performance teams.
  • Strong leadership skills, judgement and decision-making.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to achieve required deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyse, manage and mitigate risks and achieve consensus through negotiation and conflict resolution.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on various projects, including managing electricity grids, monitoring trains, and assisting air traffic control. The Project Manager reports to the General Manager and provides daily direction, instructions, and guidance on business-critical networks.
