Job Title: Organisational Governance LeaderWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Organisational Governance Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and operating a framework for making informed decisions, managing stakeholder relationships, and identifying legitimate authority.Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and operate the system of rules, practices, and processes by which an organisation makes decisions, manages stakeholders' relationships, and identifies legitimate authority.
  • Develop and implement strategic and operational frameworks, policies, decision-making, business processes, and plans to meet stakeholder requirements.
  • Direct the definition, implementation, and monitoring of the governance framework to meet the organisation's obligations under regulation, law, or contracts.
  • Provide leadership, direction, and oversight for an organisation's governance activities.
  • Secure resources required to execute activities to achieve the organisation's governance goals with effective transparency.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a Defence ICT centric project or sustainment environment.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, participate in project meetings, and engage with both business and technical stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with demonstrable experience of presentation and engagement with stakeholders, projects, and business areas.
  • Excellent written and speaking capability, with a well-developed ability to liaise effectively with and influence stakeholders.
  • Current Negative Vetting 1 (NV1) security clearance before commencement of work.
  • Full Working Right - Must be an Australian Citizen.
