Senior Leadership Role

This is a senior leadership role responsible for managing teams to deliver administrative and clerical tasks in support of organisational psychology and staff counselling functions.
The successful candidate will have exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and experience in building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
The role involves coaching, mentoring, providing performance feedback, conflict resolution, and encouraging career development within the team.
The successful candidate will be accountable for delivering complex work within agreed outcomes, overseeing and managing teams to achieve high-quality results.
